7. AI Companion Service
Our AI Companion feature provides emotional insights and support. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses are generated by automated systems and should not replace professional medical or mental health advice
- The AI service is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
- You should seek professional help for serious mental health concerns
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
8. Time Capsules
Time capsules allow you to schedule content for future delivery. You understand that:
- Once created, time capsules cannot be edited
- You can delete time capsules before they unlock
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver capsules at the scheduled time
- Technical issues may affect delivery timing
9. In-App Purchases
Moans offers in-app purchases for Echoes currency. You agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Echoes have no real-world monetary value
- Echoes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
- We may modify pricing at any time
- Unused Echoes may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations
10. Privacy and Data
